The general producer price index for industry decreased by 0.7% in June, compared to June 2023 and compared to a decrease of 11.7% in the corresponding comparison of the 2023 and 2022 indices.

The general index in June 2024, compared to the May 2024 index, showed an increase of 1.5% compared to an increase of 0.8% in the corresponding comparison of the year 2023 indices.

The average general index for the twelve months of July 2023 to June 2024, compared to the average general index for the twelve months of July 2022 to June 2023, showed a decrease of 5.6% compared to an increase of 10.1% recorded during the corresponding comparison of the previous twelve months.
