Intralot announced revenues of €173.6 million and EBITDA of €59.5 million and a reduction in net debt of €142.3 million in its financial results for the first half of 2024.

In particular and according to the announcement, in the first half of 2024, Group revenues amounted to €173.6 million (-0.9% year-on-year, including the €10.3 million impact of a €10.3 million change in the exchange rate in Argentina in December 2023).

In the same period, EBITDA profit stood at €59.5 million (-5.3% year-on-year), while EBITDA margin was 34.3%.

EBT amounted to €6.1 million in H1 2024, and NIATMI (Net Profit/Loss after Taxes and Minority Rights) stood at €4.6 million profit, higher by 4.4% compared to H1 2023.

Operating Cash Flow for H1 2024 was €45.0 million. Group Investments for the first half of 2024 amounted to €11.7 million. The Group's Cash and Cash Equivalents at the end of H1 2024 amounted to €85.4 million.

Adjusted net borrowings amounted to €338.2 million at the end of H1 2024, down €142.3 million compared to H1 2023. The adjusted Net Leverage Ratio at the end of H1 2024 was 2.7x. In the corresponding period last year, the net leverage ratio was 3.7x.
