Klοukinas - Lappas announced the sale of its property (a plot of land of 1.240,17 sq.m. and the existing multi-storey building on it, with a total surface area of 3.230,75 sq.m.) located in the Municipality of Tavros Attica, for a total price of €6.300.000.

Following the announcement, the notarial deed for the sale and transfer of the above property was signed on Friday, 30.8.2024, with the n.p.d. named "Harokopeio University" as the buyer. This was in line with the company's appointment as a bidder in a public open tender, which was announced by the buyer on 26.5.2023 and number 2/2023 Declaration.

This sale is part of the company's strategy for the beneficial management of its property portfolio, with the aim of optimizing its composition and securing significant capital gains for its shareholders.
