On Friday, 6 September, HUB 26, the first large-scale bioclimatic business park of Thessaloniki and Northern Greece, officially opened its gates, inaugurating a new era for the Western Entrance of the city.

HUB 26, which is being developed by OURANIA S.A., a joint venture of the DIMAND Group and PRODEA Investments, with a 65% and 35% stake respectively, is an investment whose gross value is expected to exceed €56 million. The project involves the creation of a new office complex, on a property with a total surface area of 7,704 sq.m, consisting of four buildings, with two levels of 230 underground parking spaces and ancillary spaces and a total surface area of 31,000 sqm of superstructure and basement. This modern and environmentally friendly business park aims to achieve LEED Gold certification.

This modern green office complex has attracted internationally renowned tenants such as Nasdaq-listed TaskUs, a leading provider of next-generation digital services and customer experience, while from spring 2025, the business park will also house the new offices of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, in a privately owned stand-alone building. Other leading financial institutions, such as Alpha Bank and Piraeus, will also find their new headquarters.

CEO STATEMENTS

The CEO of PRODEA Investments, Mr. Aris Karytinos, in a statement said: "We are delighted with the creation of HUB 26, an exemplary, bioclimatic, business park. This is our most important investment in Thessaloniki and we believe that this will be the beginning of a city that is now beginning to have what it deserves."

Finally, the CEO of OURANIA S.A. and the DIMAND Group, Mr. Dimitris Andriopoulos, thanked all those who contributed to the completion of the project and noted: "HUB 26, at the Western Entrance of Thessaloniki, is the project with which we wanted to introduce ourselves to the city. After two years, we hand it over, with great pleasure and pride, as a project that contributes to the development of Thessaloniki. Together with the FIX, the Holocaust Museum and the 125 hectares of the OSE, it will connect the Western Entrance with Aristotelous Square and the city centre. Thanks to all the partners of DIMAND, the construction company TERNA, the architectural firm Divercity Architects, Prodea Investments - a co-investor for three years in this investment, Alpha Bank who financed the project and is one of the tenants, as well as Piraeus Bank who trusted us for their new offices after a decade of searching for their new home, Piraeus and TaskUs. Thanks also to the Ministry of Culture, through the Central Council of Modern Monuments, for guiding us correctly and giving us all the necessary approvals to create this complex which stands out, always respecting the monument of FIX that is listed against it."
