Six candidates for the leadership of PASOK will eventually be nominated, as decided by the PASOK-Chinema for Change Movement's Ethics Committee for the Application of the Constitution and Certification . The prescribed verification of the signatures submitted to the Committee for the declaration of the candidates for the presidency of the Movement was completed a few hours ago.

In a statement, the Committee said how it found that all 6 candidates meet the requirements set by the Statute, namely the collection of signatures, either 15% of the members of the Central Political Committee, or the collection of 5,000 signatures of members. It notes that all candidates submitted unique signatures several times the prescribed threshold for their nomination.

It declares as candidates for the office of President of PASOK-Movement for Change during the election procedure of 6 October 2024 the following:

• PAVLOS GEROULANOS
• NANDIA YANAKOPOULOU
• ANNA DIAMANTOPOULOU
• HARIS DOUKAS
• MICHALIS KATRINIS

The Committee requests support from the PASOK-Movement for Change's members and supporters in order to ensure the broadest possible participation of all Movement members and supporters in the first-ever PASOK-instituted process of electing a president from the grassroots.
