The Greek stock market remains in upward territory for the third consecutive day, although the lead of buyers is currently characterized as "fragile.".
Accumulation, selective moves by traders, and the narrow range of fluctuation of the General Index are shaping the landscape in the domestic market.
In particular, in Tuesday's (17/9) session, the GC gained +0.16% and traded at 1,425.87 points. The daily high is 1,427.40 points and the daily low is 1,425.83 points. Banks are again showing a better picture compared to the other sectors and give further impetus due to their "heaviness.".
On the corporate results front, today it is Noval Property's turn to announce its half-yearly performance. Following this are Thrace Plastics, Viohalco, Attica Bank, Lavipharm, and Premia Properties, among others, on Wednesday (18/9), Thursday (19/9), and Friday (20/9).
Banks are up +0.18%, trading at 1,226.84 points. The FTSE 25 (high cap) is higher by +0.22% at 3,458.23 points, while the Mid Cap (mid cap) is down -0.08% at 2,311.51 points.
The value of the transactions is EUR 2.916 million, of which EUR 0.9 million is related to TERNA Energy. The market capitalisation is set at EUR 98.329 billion. Positive sign for 41 securities, compared to 24 falling and 15 unchanged.
ΝBG is up +0.62% at 7.43 euros, Piraeus is up (+0.36% at 3.864 euros), and Eurobank is up (+0.1% at 1.982 euros) among the systemic banks. On the other hand, Alpha Bank slides -0.61% to 1.54 euros.
In the high capitalization, Aegean and Titan stand out due to their earnings. On the other hand, Autohellas and EYDAP record big losses.
In mid-cap, Kri Kri's rally towards new records continues without any "brakes," with a new "jump" of +3.1% to 13.4 euros. Quest and EXAE follow with strong growth. Close to a 1% drop for Intrakat and Lavipharm. New "dip" for Attica Bank, down -3.65% to 5.8 euros.
