Intracom Group's profit before tax for the first half of the year amounted to €5.5 million, with strong liquidity of €161.5 million and total assets now exceeding €0.5 billion.\The value of its portfolio of listed companies (Athens Stock Exchange and Copenhagen) on 30/6/2024 amounted to €130 million.

According to an announcement, the Group's main priority is the development of its business planning, with the strategic acquisition of EUROPE Insurance as a key point, a move that expands the Group's portfolio and is expected to lead to a strengthening of its figures. 

The acquisition of a 7.1% stake in INTRALOT through participation in the AMK at the end of 2023, its further strengthening during H1 2024, but also its progressive strengthening until today, when the stake exceeds 9.6%, as well as the stakes in INTRAKAT and OPTIMA, yielded, as expected, high capital gains.
