GEK TERNA has signed an agreement with Marianna Latsis Family Office for the acquisition of 10% of Attiki Odos. The transaction will take place at a 15% premium over the initial committed investment that GEK Terna has already made.

In particular, the announcement states the following:

Following the duties that came with the Attiki Odos Concession Contract, GEK TERNA Group says that it plans to ask the Hellenic Investment Fund to buy 10% of the share capital of "New Attiki Odos Concession M.A.E." This comes after an agreement with Latsco Direct Investments Cyprus Limited.

Latsco Direct Investments Cyprus Limited is an investment vehicle of the Latsco Family Office, in the interest of Marianna Latssi. The transaction will take place at a 15% premium over the initial committed investment that GEK TERNA S.A. has already paid.

The completion of the transaction is subject to the receipt of the necessary approvals and the completion of the relevant procedures, as provided, inter alia, by the concession agreement.
