ATCOM will indirectly become a subsidiary of AEGEAN Group's IT company following the successful completion of its restructuring and consolidation process.

Specifically, according to today's announcement by ATCOM, it is announced that "as part of its restructuring process, it has reached an agreement in principle with AEGEAN, under which, following the successful completion of its restructuring and consolidation process, it will become an indirect subsidiary of the AEGEAN Group.".

It also notes that the existing management team will continue to be responsible for the company's business activities, noting that "the above agreement ensures the smooth continuation of the long-standing and successful cooperation between the two companies in the design, development, and support of digital services to AEGEAN."

ATCOM CEO Mr. Konstantinos Theotokas stresses in a statement: "Twenty-five years after its foundation, ATCOM is entering a new era and at an ideal time, as the digital ecosystem is rapidly evolving.
