The picture of... disappointment of the last few days continues today (11/10) the Athens Stock Exchange, which is preparing to bid farewell to a downward week.

The Greek market, having lost at least 4% from the 1,471 points of September 27, has now retreated towards the supports of 1,400 points, reversing the previously positive short-term trend.

The large supply of shares, through successive placements and RMEs, has drained the available liquidity of investors, while geopolitical uncertainty in the Middle East has sustained the reluctance to take unnecessary risks.

Specifically, in the last session of the five-day session, the General Index is up a subtle 0.14% to 1,413.53 points, gaining two points from Thursday's close (1,411.61 points).

The arc of the daily fluctuations extends two points (from 1,411.87 to 1,413.96 points), with the turnover of the transactions ranging at 2 million euros in the first 15 minutes.

The banking index is almost unchanged at +0.11% and 1,201 points, remaining close to its two-month lows.

ΝΒG shares are slightly up +0.27% and 7.442 euros, Piraeus shares are up +0.33% and 3.679 euros, Alpha shares are trading +0.31% and 1.4745 euros, while Eurobank shares are down -0.51% and 1.96 euros.

In the high-cap index (+0.11% and 3,423 points), Aegean's shares recover to +1% and 10.2 euros, while Cenergy's shares expand to +1% and 9.3 euros in the wake of the completion of the 200 million euro AMK. OTE and PPC gain 0.7% each. Conversely, Titan Cement's shares retreat to -0.6% and 32.8 euros, with EYDAP's shares losing 0.7%.

As for the mid-cap index (+0.04% and 2,277 points), shares of Plastic Thrace stand out negatively at -1.3% and 3.5 euros. EYATH and Lavipharm follow at -1.2% and -0.9%, respectively. On the flip side, Intralot's shares rise +1.1% and 1.07 euros. A special mention should be made of Attica Bank, whose shares soar to +26% and 2.5 euros, picking up the big losses of the previous days.
