Lamda Development announced the completion of the sale of a plot of land in Belgrade for a price of €36 million. 

More specifically, the company informs in a statement that today, Thursday, 24 October, it proceeded to the signing of a notarial deed between its wholly owned subsidiary SINGIDUNUM - BUILDINGS D.O.O. and the Serbian company SPARK INVESTMENT D.O.O. for the sale of land with a total area of approximately
2,7 million m2, of which approximately 1,4 million m2 is non-buildable land (green/communal areas, road networks, land parcels).

The transaction price amounted to €36 million in cash, equal to the net book value of the property as of 30.06.2024.

Part of the price, approximately €6.8 million, will be given for the full repayment of the loan of SINGIDUNUM-BBUILDINGS D.O.O.

The aforementioned transaction is part of the company's existing strategy aimed at focusing its activities in Greece, the announcement said.
