Entersoft has announced the acquisition of a majority stake (60%) in Inteliqua. "This agreement strengthens Entersoft's presence in the fast-growing field of digital solutions and Customer Experience (CX)", the company said in the announcement.
"Inteliqua has established itself as a leader in the field of customer experience platforms with Eliqua.CX, an innovative platform that enhances customer loyalty (Loyalty) and drives revenue growth by leveraging data and artificial intelligence technologies. Entersoft and Inteliqua, with its innovative customer experience platform, are combining forces to deliver a comprehensive digital experience that meets the needs of modern businesses," it highlights.
For the current year, Inteliqua is expected to report revenues of €2.8 million and EBITDA of €0.4 million. Its clientele includes well-known retail chains such as Marks & Spencer, Notos, Holland Barrett, Holmes Place, Funky Buddha, Intersport, Galerie de Beaute, Stamos Dairy, etc.
