Antonis Kotzamanidis, CEO Entersoft

Entersoft has acquired 60% of the shares of Inteliqua. This is a company with a strong presence and good market shares in the customer experience and loyalty space for the retail, services, and energy sectors. Among the customers of the acquired company are:

  • Marks & Spencer
  • Notos
  • HollandBarrett
  • HolmesPlace
  • Intersport -
  • FunkyBuddha

Inteliqua this year is expected to reach €2.8 million in revenue and €400 thousand in EBITDA.

THE ACQUISITION

Through this move, Entersoft strengthens its presence in the above activities and can now offer a complete digital experience to its customers (businesses) through Inteliqua's customer experience platform. This, coupled with Entersoft's products, is expected to bring in revenue and new clientele.

THE GUIDANCE

According to reports, the company has reportedly been recording continuously rising sales. This is due to the contracts that are running, as well as new ones being signed. The Recovery Fund projects for digitisation, as well as private company projects for digital migration, are creating the right conditions to increase sales and market share.

VIVA WALLET

With regard to the legal dispute with Viva Wallet, the company is preparing its next moves. The legal department is preparing for the next legal battles, following the vindication of an interim injunction. Interim injunctions have been filed, which will be heard in the coming months, while Viva Wallet is preparing for a series of legal actions not only against the companies but also against its partners.

THE DISPUTE

On the occasion of the interconnection of business software systems (ERP) with POS acceptance terminals, Viva denounced in an out-of-court letter Softone and Entersoft regarding the imposition of interconnection charges, unless a specific POS network of their own partners (Worldline and Epay, with whom there are commercial agreements) is used, in which case the interconnection is free of charge.

THE RESPONSE

Following this out-of-court letter came the out-of-court letters from Softone—Entersoft, which stated. In addition to the fact that we do not have any cooperation or relationship with Worldline, but only with Euronet/Epay, we would like to point out our obvious question as to what purpose your out-of-court statement is directed at our company, which is not in competition with you. Furthermore, the creation, development and marketing of a software product aimed at professionals which must comply with certain specifications and provide the necessary reliability for the day-to-day operation of a business and its tax compliance is, of course, accompanied by the corresponding costs.
