Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and the DKG Development business group have signed a cooperation agreement for the creation of the first Wyndham in Piraeus, on the seafront, just above the Zeus Marina.

The Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas will feature 72 luxury serviced apartments, most with unobstructed sea views, a restaurant, fitness center, and spa, a multi-purpose events space, designed by internationally renowned architect Jean-Pierre Heim in collaboration with BLETSAS ARCHTECTURAL STUDIO. Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas is developed on 4,300 sqm in two adjacent eight-story buildings.

This is an investment by DKG Development with a value of more than €25 million and the company's commitment to implementing development and construction standards that ensure quality and sustainability. The hotel is scheduled to welcome its first guests in December 2025.
