Investments of €2 billion with a focus on acquisitions, announced Alexandros Exarchou, speaking about the new era of Intrakat following the acquisition of Aktor.

The group will set up five new subsidiaries to carry out the growth plan.

He also announced the conclusion of a binding Framework Agreement with Prodea for the sale of a real estate portfolio.

The property portfolio, with a total value of approximately €600 million, generates annual rental income of approximately €41.5 million.

Mr. Exarchou revealed that the group is changing its name and will now be called Actor Group of Companies. Following the completion of the acquisitions, the group will consist of 8,800 employees.

The group's target for 2025 is to reach a turnover of €1.4 billion and in 2030 to reach over €3 billion.
