"Our goal is to make two acquisitions in 2025. We are looking for companies in Greece and abroad in order to enrich our product range with new services that will complement the portfolio we already have," performance sources told BnB Daily.

IRELAND

The same sources add that "developments with an Irish company are also expected immediately, in November.". The company is in advanced discussions to acquire a 5% stake in an Irish company, which is active in the development of specialized software in the area of strategic portfolio management and planning optimization, using advanced machine learning and AI techniques. The total amount of the investment in the company's capital amounts to €500 thousand. This strategic move is aimed at strengthening the company's position in the market and expanding its partnerships at an international level. It is part of Performance's investment plan regarding acquisitions and is expected to make a decisive contribution to its long-term growth strategy while providing value to its shareholders.

PROJECTS

The company is expected to end 2024 with revenue and earnings growth, thanks to the new projects it is undertaking and progress on existing projects. Its digital transition and strong client base, combined with the new clients it is signing and new projects it is bidding for, are increasing its market share.
