The Athens Stock Exchange wishes to remain above 1,400 points, while buyers and sellers are fighting for the control of the bias.

The Greek market, which yesterday managed to put a brake on the five-day downward streak, is turning its attention to the third-quarter corporate figures, which under certain conditions can offer a bullish way out.

Specifically, in the second session of the week, the General Index increased marginally by 0.03% to 1,401.67 points, gaining half a point compared to Tuesday's close (1,401.18 points).

The arc of the daily fluctuations extends over two points (from 1,400.97 to 1,402.77 points), with the turnover of the transactions ranging at 3 million in the first 15 minutes.

Piraeus' share strengthens +0.50% and 3.59 euros, Eurobank's share expands +0.54% and 1.9385 euros, NBG share trades +0.44% and 7.296 euros, while Alpha's share follows at -0.28% and 1.426 euros.
