Orilina Properties announced that it has signed private advance agreements for the "Marina Residences by Kengo Kuma" residential complex in Agios Kosmas Marina.

They relate to the sale of 3 future apartments for a cumulative price of €12,2 million and 2 future maisonettes for a cumulative price of €6,57 million. 

The number of pre-bookings now amounts to 10 residences, out of the total of 20 available for sale in the company's bioclimatic complex.
