The consolidated turnover of the Autohellas Group amounted to €275.9 million in the third quarter of 2024. In the same period, EBITDA amounted to €98.9 million, while consolidated profit after taxes amounted to €39 million compared to €43.5 million in the same period last year.
At the nine-month level, consolidated operating turnover amounted to €749.1 million compared to €762.5 million in the same period last year. Accordingly, EBITDA amounted to €219.7 million, up 2.6%, while consolidated profit after taxes amounted to €76 million, up marginally by 1.8%.
The significant increase in the long-term rental fleet over the previous 12 months and another year of particularly positive demand management for short-term, primarily tourist, rentals supported both operating turnover and operating profitability. In contrast, the automotive marketing activity saw a slight decline compared to 2023 while maintaining significant profitability.
Overall, the short-term and long-term rental activity in Greece and in the other countries where the Group operates employs a fleet of more than 61,000 cars. A total of €9.0 million in dividends from Aegean and Trade Estates supported the nine months' overall profitability.
