Spyros Theodoropoulos, Chairman of Bespoke Holdings and President of SEV, is expanding into the real estate sector by founding Bespoke Real Estate, whose share capital is €15,095,000.

THE ACTIVITY

As stated in the deed of incorporation, the main activity of the company is: 

• Leasing and management of owned or leased real estate
• Its secondary activities include
• purchase and sale of own real estate
• management of immovable property, whether for a fee or on a contractual basis
• business and other management consultancy activities

THE PERSONS

In his new business venture, Mr. Theodoropoulos has at his side... allies, businessmen and partners with whom he has contact through other investment holdings.
In detail, Bespoke Real Estate has the following shareholders: 

• Tina Kotsiopoulou, former key shareholder of ION, in which Mr. Theodoropoulos has entered with a statutory majority. Other members of the Kotsiopoulou family, such as Tina's brother, George Kotsiopoulou, and Nikos Karkazis from the family of ION's founders, also participate in the new company.
• Stavros Nendos, head of the Select bakery industry, with whom Mr Theodoropoulos collaborates at Wonderplant, which is active in the field of hydroponic agriculture
• Michalis Arabatzis, head of the bakery industry Michael Arabatzis - Hellenic Dough, with whom the head of Bespoke also works at Wonderplant  
• Nikos Karamouzis, head of the SMERemedium Cap investment fund, with whom Theodoropoulos is involved in WaterFresh, which has entered Mendekidis. EOS Capital of Apostolos Tamvakakis also has an equity stake in the scheme.

• BCRICH (Cyprus) LTD (interests of Stelios - Lavrentios Freris, former major shareholder of Everest and shareholder of Chipita) : 2,32%
• Michael Arabatzis: 1,49%
• Anastasia Brili: 1,06%
• Domna Pappa: 0,99%
• Atholious Services Limited (of the interest of Nikos Karamouzis): 0,83%
• Paraskevas Pettas: 0.76%
• Stavros Nendis: 0.53%
• Stavros Nendos SA: 0,53%
• Fifistar Investments LTD (of Mr Freris' interests): 0,50%
• Pavlos, Evangelos-Nicolaos, Konstantinos and Kyriakos Pettas (members of an Achaia business family operating the company Pavlos N. Pettas, which is active in the sectors of biofuels, oils, raw materials, fruit and vegetable production, and soap making): 0,33% each
