The cash result of the central administration, on a cash basis, showed a surplus of more than €7 billion in January-October compared to the corresponding period of 2023.

Specifically, as shown by the Bank of Greece data, the net cash result of the central administration in the ten-month period amounted to €7.043 billion, compared to just €93 million euros in the same period last year.

During this period, regular budget revenue amounted to €55,699 million, compared to €50,714 million last year. 

As for the expenditure of the regular budget, it amounted to €48,453 million, up from €47,811 million in the period January-October 2023.
