Trade Estates recorded a 65.6% jump in revenues to €30.26 million, adjusted EBITDA up 60.6% to €28.78 million, and a 55% increase in profit after tax to €9.18 million in the first nine months of the year.
Cash and cash equivalents stood at €15.9 million. Rental income amounted to €26.9 million compared to €16.5 million in the same period last year. The company will pay an interim dividend for the fiscal year 2024 of a total net amount of 0.047706 per share.
