Space Hellas has announced the issuance of a six-year €7 million bond issue to repay a loan from Attica Bank.

In particular, the company said in a statement:

"SPACE HELLAS announces the issue of a common bond loan with a total nominal value (principal) of seven million euros (€7,000,000) under the provisions of law. Seven thousand seven hundred and seven million euros (EUR 7,000,000 000 000) of the total value of the company's shares under the provisions of the provisions of Law 4548/2018, as amended. The issuer is SPACE HELLAS, and the bond lender, bond lender representative, payment proxy, initial bondholder, and payment administrator are "Attica Bank Anonyme Banking Company." The loan will be used by the issuer to repay its term loan of equal amount to "Attica Bank Anonyme Banking Company" and will have a term of six (6) years."
