The Intralot Group's revenues for the first nine months of 2024 amounted to €263.5 million, a decrease of 5.9% compared to the same period of 2023, including the impact of -12.6 million euros due to the exchange rate change in Argentina in December 2023.

According to the company's statement, revenues were further impacted by seasonal reasons, namely the absence of major jackpots in the US compared to the same period last year.

In the same period, EBITDA amounted to €91.5 million (-9.4% compared to the first nine months of 2023). However, the operating profitability of the third quarter of 2024 (€32 million) is improved by 8.84% compared to the second quarter of 2024 (€29.4 million). The EBITDA margin amounted to 34.7%.

On 11 September 2024, Intralot SA announced that its Australian subsidiary, Intralot Australia, signed a contract extension with Lotterywest, the State Lottery of Western Australia, beyond 2026 for two additional years with an option to extend for a further year.

On November 4, 2024, Intralot announced that its Americas subsidiary, Intralot Inc., has been awarded a new project for the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) in Canada to provide an integrated platform for online lottery work. The project also includes the digitization of the terrestrial network. The solution will be based on the Player X platform and the Lotos X ecosystem and adds to the overall partnership the company has with BCLC, which has been extended until 2028.

Intralot Group President Socrates P. Kokkalis said:

"In the nine months to 2024, Intralot's results were impacted by the seasonality of gaming in the United States and currency fluctuations. The company maintains key profitability and leverage ratios within the targeted price range while expanding existing contracts and participating through competitive bidding in a large number of projects around the world."
