Athens International Airport's passenger traffic for November 2024 increased by 13.3% year-on-year, reaching 2.15 million, as announced by its management.

In detail, both domestic and international passenger traffic exceeded last year's respective figures by 8.0% and 15.7%.

In total, during the first 11 months of the year, the airport's traffic reached 29.73 million passengers, an increase of 13%. Passenger traffic, both domestic and international, increased by 7.4% and 15.5%, respectively. 

At the same time, the number of flights at Athens International Airport during the first 11 months of 2024 amounted to 250,006, recording an increase of 10.9% compared to the same period in 2023. Both domestic and international flights recorded an increase of 5.1% and 15.4%, respectively, compared to 2023.
