The tender for the OAKA roof in Maroussi is just a few days away, and the project's budget, which stands at €67 million, surpasses the initial projections significantly. Recall that we have already signed the €5.5 million contract for the full restoration of the metal structures at the two entrances of the OAKA.

GONOS CAMP

On 16 December (after the 2nd extension granted), news is expected on the submission of expressions of interest by investors for the first phase of the tender of the Hellenic Property Development Fund for the development of a 672,000 sqm business park on the property of the former Gonou Camp in Thessaloniki.

In recent statements, Panagiotis Stamboulidis, Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Advisor to the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund, had noted that the tender "has attracted the interest of investors—heavyweights from the logistics market—for its creation," while he had estimated it at €800 million. We will direct both available funds and private leverage towards the construction of the two logistics centers at the Gonos camp and Fili. The duration of the concession contract will correspond to a minimum of 30 years, and the project budget is estimated at approximately €260 million.Upon completion of the competitive dialogue procedure, we will determine the exact duration of the concession and include it in the Call for Bids.

PRISONS

Phase B of the competitive dialogue for the largest PPP project currently in the country, with a total budget of €617 million, for the relocation of the Korydallos Detention Centre in Aspropyrgos, is progressing rapidly. The project involves the design, financing, construction, equipment supply, maintenance and technical management of the infrastructure that will house the new Athens Model Judicial Correctional Facility (AMCF) and the Attica Transfer Courts Directorate (AMCD) on a 100-acre property on the site of the old American Ekolia camp in Aspropyrgos, Attica.

PORT OF LAVRIO

Increased interest in the purchase of 50% plus one share has led the Hellenic Investment Fund to move the process of submitting the financial offers of potential buyers for the Port of Lavrio to the end of 2024 instead of the end of 2024. The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund's original plan was to sell 67% of the Lavrio Port Authority. However, it was ultimately decided to only sell 50% plus one share so that the government could make the best use of any extra value created in the area.
