Prodea announced the sale of Athinon Arena and one more property to its shareholder, Yannis Papalekas, for €7.7 million.

The deal between Prodea and Yoda, Papalekas' interests, includes the sale of two properties to VGX Property Management, a company 65% controlled by Yoda. These are the undeveloped land on Piraeus, with an area of 1,323 sqm, which was sold for €0.84 million, and the entertainment centre, with an area of 6,320.47 sqm, for €6.86 million.

THE PRICE

The price will be paid in 2 instalments, with the first instalment of €3 million to be paid upon signing of the final contracts, followed by the repayment of €4.7 million in July 2025. The property at 166-172 Piraeus Street had passed to Prodea under the Papatheocharis Group's company restructuring agreement.
