Metlen Energy & Metals has submitted an application for dual listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) to the Financial Conduct Authority of the United Kingdom for assessment. It is envisaged that Metlen Limited will be the listed company of Metlen, in line with previous ventures in the Greek market.

FIRST STEP

This is the first step involved in the process for a potential listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2025.
The FCA filing is the conclusion of Metlen's strategic review, announced in April this year, which looked at a potential listing on an international exchange, including the London Stock Exchange, within the next 12–18 months. "I am excited that we have completed the strategic review and that the process of listing on the London Stock Exchange has officially begun. Metlen has had a presence in the UK and international markets for many years. We believe that listing on the London Stock Exchange will be to the benefit of both Metlen and its shareholders," said Evangelos Mytilineos, Chairman of Metlen Energy & Metals.
