3 DEALS OF THE LAST FEW DAYS

  • Acquisition of 100% of Elpedison: the price for the 50% of the shares held by Edison amounts to approximately €164 million, plus adjustments of up to €31 million for diversifications of certain balance sheet and cash items
  • Divestment in DEPA Commercial: The contract for the sale and transfer to the Hellenic Investment Fund of 35% of the shares held in DEPA Commercial was signed. The initial price was set at €208 million, with a provision for its revaluation from DEPA's results for the 2024 financial year and after accounting for any impact of pending litigation. The repayment will be made mainly by offsetting dividends
  • New acquisition of 110 MW PV projects in Kozani: They have been in full commercial operation since May and have long-term corporate PPAs for a leading international company. Together with the existing 204.3 MW park, they mark the largest integrated PV investment in the region.

VERTICAL INTEGRATION OF ACTIVITIES

According to the company, these moves strengthen its strategy in the Greek energy market by streamlining its portfolio in the electricity and gas sectors, offering new growth prospects for the group, which is fully verticalizing its activities and becoming an integrated energy products provider and the only one with 100% control over all its subsidiaries.
