Representatives of the management, executives and associates of BriQ Properties were welcomed on January 2 by the Athens Exchange on the occasion of the start of trading of its new shares resulting from the capital increase in the context of the merger through the absorption of Intercontinental International.  In this context, the CEO, Anna Apostolidou, declared the opening of the meeting by ringing the traditional bell.

REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS OF STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE

"This is the first merger between listed real estate investment companies, and following the highly successful completion of this process, the value of BriQ Properties' real estate portfolio has doubled. Beyond this very important development, however, BriQ Properties continues its investment program," stressed the CEO of Athens Exchange Group, Yannis Kontopoulos.

Apostolidou said that the company "with strategic moves, such as the completed merger and investments in sustainable development, contributes to the extroversion of the Greek stock market. Real estate investments through AIFs are of strategic importance for Greek and foreign investors, as they offer an attractive and safe option for investors seeking risk diversification and reliable, high returns."
