Leonidsport has made a voluntary public offer for the shares of TPA and according to the relevant announcement the offered price is €27. The Dutch company aims to acquire up to 21% of the total share capital, namely up to 2,116,800 ordinary shares. The offered price incorporates a premium of 13% from the closing (€23.90, +8.64%) of Friday's trading session on the Athens Stock Exchange.

Leonidsport B.V. is a Dutch company established a few weeks ago (on 16/12/2024) as a holding company based in Amsterdam. Specifically, it was set up by members of the Louis-Dreyfus family, in particular Margarita Louis-Dreyfus and her three sons, Kyril, Maurice and Eric. The family seeks to expand its private equity portfolio through a new investment arm focused on strategic infrastructure globally, with a focus on Europe.
