Core Innovations, a subsidiary of Motor Oil Group, has proceeded with the acquisition of the TWENTY 4 SHOPEN chain of small retail stores, strengthening its presence in the retail market of convenience stores,. 

TWENTY 4 SHOPEN, founded in 2010, operates more than 25 stores, offering grocery, coffee, bakery and kiosk products. 

This acquisition is a key step in Motor Oil's strategy to create an integrated convenience retail ecosystem in a highly demanding and evolving environment - under the Smartshop brand umbrella.

Motor Oil Group's presence in the convenience store retail market is strengthened Already, more than 80 outlets carry the Smartshop brand with the majority being hosted by Shell-branded service stations also owned by the Motor Oil Group.
