Premia acquired the company SEMELI, with the total price of the transaction (including part of the assumed liabilities) amounting to €10.6 million.
Under the agreement, which was signed with LYKTOS Holding SA on 17/1/2025, PREMIA will acquire buildings with a total surface area of 6,850 square meters (including a winery in Nemea, Corinthia of 5,512 square meters including storage space, and 10 suites with a 1,338 square meter multi-event space) as well as 278 acres of land (including 232 acres of vineyards in Nemea and Arcadia). The structure of the transaction includes the separation of the real estate from the winemaking/commercial activity. The properties (winery, suites and vineyards) will be transferred to Premia and leased through a long-term lease to the existing company Semel SA. The shares of Semeli will be transferred to the holding company HELLENIC WINE-GROWING COMPANY SA (parent company of the companies BOUTARI Wineries, IOLI PGI) together with the winemaking and commercial activity, including brands, production machinery, stocks and receivables and payables.
