Eurobank exits the markets through Tier II maturity of 10.5 years and non-call at five years.

The bank aims to raise more than €400 million at the time of the exchange of Helleniki's bonds with Eurobank's, which is the first synergy after the acquisition of Helleniki by the domestic systemic bank.

The bid book has been opened, and the IPT, i.e., the first pricing thought, is moving at Mid Swap + 220 to 225 basis points, i.e., around 4.67 to 4.72%.
