The Competition Commission has announced that Aktor Group of Companies acquires control of the whole of the undertaking Milora and, through it, a portfolio of real estate properties with a total value of approximately €600 million, generating an annual rental income of approximately €41.5 million, owned by Prodea Investments. 

The business activities of the parties are:

(a) The AKTOR GROUP of companies is active in the fields of public and private construction, steel construction, renewable energy and real estate development, as well as in the fields of aggregates, facility management services and the production and marketing of greenery.

(b) Milora is active in the real estate investment sector and, in particular, in the acquisition, development, management and operation of real estate.
