AKTOR Group's capital increase was oversubscribed, with demand amounting to €225 million euros, according to an official announcement by the Group.

"Group of Companies informs the investing public that during the share capital increase process and following the completion of the process of exercising subscription and pre-emption rights, the share capital increase to raise a total amount of EUR 200,000,998.80 was exceeded and the total demand amounted to EUR 225,46,546.80, and with the exercise of subscription and pre-emption rights, no shares remained unallocated," the same statement reads.

The company will inform the investing public within the timeframe described in the prospectus of the aforementioned increase and, after the certification of the payment of the share capital increase, in detail on the exact demand and allocation of the amounts of the aforementioned increase.
