Trastor announced the acquisition of a commercial building with a total surface area of 4,570 sq. m. at the strategic location of 205 Alexandras Avenue, in Athens. The purchase price for the property amounted to €8.9 million, which was financed from the company's available funds.

The building, known as the iconic "blue building," designed by the renowned architect Alexandros Tombazis, currently houses the City Campus of the Business College of Athens (BCA), transforming the space into a modern educational center of high aesthetics. The property is fully leased, ensuring stable and direct cash flows for the company.

Commenting on the deal, Trastor's CEO, Mr. Tasos Kazinos, said:

"Trastor is starting 2025 strongly with an investment of high strategic value, strengthening its presence in the heart of Athens. The prime location of the property, in close proximity to a Metro station, ideally meets the needs of the modern market, making the property highly competitive and flexible for future uses. This acquisition reflects our commitment to creating a portfolio that combines strategic location, quality and development potential. We aim to deliver long-term value for our shareholders while continuing to strengthen our position as a leader in the real estate market."

This new investment underscores Trastor's strategy to build a portfolio of high-value-added properties with the aim of long-term growth and strengthening its competitiveness.
