Premia Properties announced that on 29.01.2025 it acquired 100% of the shares of Moudros S.A., which owns a 3,150 sq.m. office building at 6 Limnos Street in Thessaloniki, with the acquisition price of €7.585 million.

The property was acquired fully leased to Hellenic Land Registry with a lease term from 2022 to 2034 and an annualized rent of €558 thousand.
