Attica Bank announced the completion of the securitization transaction of non-performing loan portfolios with Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP.

In detail the announcement

Attica Bank Anonyme Banking Company informs the investing public that on 31 January 2025 it completed the securitization transactions of "Domus" and "Rhodium" non-performing loan portfolios, with a total book value of approximately €3.7 billion.

The bank holds 100% of the senior bonds from the "Domus" securitization, amounting to €728 million, and 5% of the mezzanine and junior bonds.

In addition, it will hold 100% of the €476 million of the senior bonds of the Rhodium securitization and 5% of the medium and junior bonds. 95% of the medium- and low-priority bonds of the
Domus and Rhodium securitizations were transferred to an entity advised by Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP.

The management of the above portfolios is undertaken by Cepal Hellas Financial Services Unipersonal Loan and Credit Receivables Management Company, a loan and credit receivables management company under Law No. 5072/2023 with many years of experience in the management of non-performing loans, which is licensed and supervised by the Bank of Greece.
