Softweb has acquired Vitamin Media for €655 thousand. This company is active in the field of digital marketing and advertising in Greece. The price for the acquisition will be paid by Softweb as follows:

  • €200 thousand in cash upon signature of the agreement
  • An amount of €395.2 thousand to be paid within 10 days from today, with the possibility of offsetting this amount through an increase in Soft Web's share capital
  • The remaining amount of €60 thousand will be paid in 12 months

THE PROFILE OF VITAMIN MEDIA

Vitamin Media closed 2024 with a turnover of €0.97 million and an EBITDA of €105 thousand. The aim of this strategic partnership is to provide integrated solutions that cover both the technological and communication needs of businesses. 

Softweb is active in:

WHAT THE DEAL BRINGS

For Softweb, the acquisition marks the strengthening of its portfolio with new products and services, while the two companies can sell each other's products to each other's customers, increasing turnover. The acquisition of Vitamin Media will not put a significant strain on Softweb's cash flow, as the acquisition amount is within the company's capabilities.

Sources at the company point out that the main reason for the acquisition is that Vitamin Media's portfolio is complementary to Softweb's products, thereby helping to provide more options to customers when it comes to digital transformation. At the same time, the company is expected to grow as part of Softweb's business, while Vitamin Media has great growth potential and a strong balance sheet.
