Recent changes in the Board of Directors of Astir Palace Vouliagmenis were prompted by the change in ownership, specifically the acquisition by shipping magnate George Prokopiou. Mr. Prokopiou also takes on the role of President of the Board of Directors, while Heracles Pavlou, who previously served as CFO and Deputy CEO of the Astir Group and as Vice President of the Board at "Astir Marina Vouliagmenis," steps in as CEO.

The five-member board is completed by Dimitris Lampropoulos as Vice President and CFO, along with Konstantinos Mitsios and Paris Kasidokostas Latsis. Just a few days ago, the CEO and Vice President of the Board, Penny Zaglaridou, stepped down from her role.

At the board of Astir Marina, Heracles Pavlou takes on the positions of President and CEO, with Sachin Gupta, Executive Director of AGC Equity Partners, continuing as Vice President, and Anton Bischof, Managing Director of the Arab fund, remaining as a member.
