Aktor group has submitted a non-binding bid for the acquisition of Aktor Concessions, a subsidiary of Ellaktor.

The board of directors of Ellaktor has granted Aktor a period of exclusivity for negotiations, with the goal of finalizing the agreement by April 30, 2025. This update follows an inquiry from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
