Aktor Group has successfully completed the acquisition of a 55% stake in five companies from the Oceanic Group for €7.7 million. This deal includes an option to purchase the remaining 45% within the next three years for an additional €6.3 million. The acquired companies specialize in security services and facility management, collectively employing approximately 1,100 individuals.
