TITAN Group has announced its financial results for 2024, marking a 3.8% increase in sales to €2.644 billion. This growth marks the fourth consecutive year of sales expansion, driven by increased volumes across all product lines and stable pricing. EBITDA profit margins improved by 120 basis points on a comparable basis, reflecting robust operational performance. All regions experienced sales growth, with the US and Europe contributing over 90% of the Group's total sales.

Notably, EBITDA reached a record €592.1 million, a 9.6% increase on a comparable basis after adjusting for non-recurring expenses of €12 million. The rise in profitability can be attributed to enhanced operational efficiency, reduced solid fuel costs, and a greater reliance on alternative fuels. As a result, net profits after taxes and minority interests surged by 17.3% to €315.3 million, translating to Earnings per Share (EPS) of €4.2, which factors in a goodwill impairment of €17 million. The return on average capital employed (ROACE) rose to 17.8% on a comparable basis.

The Group’s debt ratio was set at 1.02x and net debt reduced to €622 million, bolstered by improved profitability. In 2024, S&P upgraded TITAN Group’s long-term credit rating to BB+ with a stable outlook. Additionally, the Group has initiated the establishment of a Sustainability-Linked Financing Framework.

Investment expenditures reached a remarkable €251 million, the highest in the past 15 years, with a focus on development projects throughout the supply chain and initiatives promoting the use of alternative fuels, digital transformation, and innovation.

The Group has also secured a Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) contract for its major carbon capture initiative, IFESTOS, located near Athens. In February 2025, the Group concluded a significant strategic move with the listing of Titan America on the New York Stock Exchange, raising $393 million.
