GEK-Terna reported a strong first half earnings performance, mainly due to increased revenues in the construction segment and the concessions segment. 
 
Profits rose to 54.7 million euros from 34.3 million euros in the year-ago period. 
 
Adjusted EBITDA reached 250.2 million euros compared to 218.1 million euros in the respective period of 2022. 
 
Revenues reached 1.6 billion euros compared to 1.46 billon euros in the first half of 2022. 
 
Net debt position was at 1.5 billion euros, up from 1.4 billion euros at end 2022. 
 
Looking ahead, “a similar performance is expected for the second half of the year, while in the medium term the Group expects a further strengthening of its financial performance as projects in various stages of development are gradually completed,” the company said.
