Terna Energy reported a weak first half set of earnings, citing weak wind conditions compared to a very strong performance in the respective period of last year.
 
Net profits from continued operations amounted to 23.1 million euros compared to 30.7 million euros in the yer-ago period, while on an adjusted basis, profits  totalled 23.8 million euros compared to 43.6 million euros in the first half of 2022. 
 
Adjusted EBITDA from continued amounted to 74.7 million euros in the first half  compared to 93.5 million euros during the respective last year period, as a result of decreased revenues from energy sales. 
 
Revenues dropped to 145.6 million euros against 155.9 million euros last year. 
 
Net debt position stood at 770.9 million euros at end June compared to 669.3 million euros at end 2022. 
 
Group’s installed capacity increased to 1,225 MW at the end of September, versus 905 MW at the end of 2022, following the completion of Kafireas project at the end of the third quarter.
