Greek privatisation agency TAIPED declared on Thursday GEK-Terna as the preferred bidder in the Attiki Odos ring road 25-year concession tender with a financial offer of 3.27 billion euros. 

 

The consortium of Vinci and Mytilineos was declared substitute preferred bidder, as it had submitted the second best offer of 3.1 billion euros.
