European Commissioner for Agriculture Janusz Wojciechowski, accompanied by Rural Development and Food Minister Lefteris Avgenakis, will visit flooded farmlandf in the region of Karditsa on Thursday.

Wojciechowski will visit the areas which was mostly affected by the recent storms "Daniel" and "Elias" and the extent of the catastrophe that has caused to the farmland of the Thessaly region.
