Alpha Bank said that 2,789,104 stock option rights were exercised with a nominal value of 0.29 euros per share. 

The shares corresponds to 0.19% of the bank’s share capital. 

Following the exercise,  the new number of shares outstanding increases to 2,351,697,671 common, registered shares with voting rights and a nominal value of 0.29 euros.
