Mitsotakis to attend trilateral meeting in Varna
The main subject of the meeting will be the enhanced regional connectivity and specifically, the development of a future Greece-Bulgaria-Romania corridor.
Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is scheduled to travel to Varna on Monday, Bulgaria, to participate in the trilateral Greece-Bulgaria-Romania summit, his office said. on Sunday.
The main subject of the meeting will be the enhanced regional connectivity and specifically, the development of a future Greece-Bulgaria-Romania corridor.
The corridor is envisioned to stretch from Thessaloniki passing though Kavala, Alexandroupolis, Burgas and Varna to Constanta, with a possible extension to Moldova, according to the Bulgarian News Agency.
The meeting will be attended by European Commission Vice-President Margaritis Schinas and European Commissioner for Transport Adina Valean.
